Ar. Christian Palad

Ian has over 15 years experience in the fields of architecture, project management and construction. He is both a licensed architect (2011) and a licensed plumbing engineer (2014). Ian is responsible for the overall management of the company, as well as supervision and monitoring of construction projects.

Ar./IDr. Denise Palad

Denise has over 15 years experience in the architectural and interior design profession. She received her Architecture license in 2010 and she ranked 7th in the 2014 Interior Design licensure examination. Denise is responsible for developing architectural and interior design concepts and transforming these into design solutions and plans consistent with client specifications and budget.
